Website privacy
Short version
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or third-party trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. The only personal data involved is what any web server needs to deliver a page, plus anything you send us by email.

Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. We do not use this data to identify you. Cloudflare takes part in the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply and keep them as long as needed for that conversation, or as long as the law requires. Our email is hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365).
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to processing or ask for your data to be transferred to someone else. Write to privacy@techmatix.ai. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the data protection authority where you live.
